We place ethics at the heart of everything we do
Our Vision
Qubittum is an AI company with a difference; we place ethics at the heart of everything we do, and our vision is to revolutionise the AI market with our unprecedented Artificial Superintelligence (ASI). Qubittum’s Oscar ASI harnesses quantum computing and generative numeric AI (large numerical models, LNMs) integrated with large language models (LLMs) to deliver pioneering defence, healthcare and smart cities solutions.
The emphasis on ethical AI development and proactive engagement with policymakers and regulators is crucial. Establishing robust ethical frameworks and safeguards ensures that ASI development aligns with societal norms and regulations, mitigating risks associated with such advanced technologies.

Visionary Leadership
With a visionary leadership team, Qubittum was founded by CEO George Frangou, who holds 17 AI and quantum patents and has received over 70 citations from industry leaders such as Apple, IBM, Intel, and NEC.
The company is chaired by Aymar de Lencquesaing, the former Chairman & President of Motorola, President & CEO of Packard Bell, and Board Member of CapGemini.
Pioneering Technology
In December 2023, Qubittum acquired all the technology and intellectual property of Massive Analytic. Massive Analytic’s pioneering quantum-boosted, precognitive, generative AI technology was recently featured in a book called “Big Ben – An Icon of Democracy and Leadership.”
The book was sponsored by King Charles III and published
by The History of Parliament Trust and St James’s House.
A book launch reception was held for this event in the Cholmondeley Room at the House of Lords in February of 2023.
Strategic Partnerships
Our strategic partnerships with Oracle, Amazon Bracket, NPL, UCLQ, and Cranfield University are a testament to our collaborative approach and commitment to developing quantum-powered solutions for various industries. The Oracle partnership, in particular, paves the way for exciting collaborations with NVIDIA, Vodafone, and Meta.
AWS and Amazon Braket provide the quantum computing infrastructure to power our Quantum-Enhanced Control System (QUECS) and Oscar 4 Hyperion h, our most advanced integrated large numerical and large language models (LNM-LLM). Oracle and NVIDIA contribute cloud computing infrastructure, cutting-edge AI and high-performance computing capabilities to support Oscar’s development.
Vodafone provides wearable devices like the Apple Watch, enabling seamless monitoring of vital signs and connectivity for our solutions. This ensures that Oscar can access and process data from diverse sources in real time. UKRI, EPSRC, and Innovate UK support our R&D efforts, helping us push the boundaries of what’s possible with ASI and quantum technologies.
The National Physical Laboratory (NPL) and Quantum Metrology Institute (QMI) lend their scientific expertise to enhance the accuracy and reliability of our quantum systems. We also leverage technologies from leading players like Barclays Eagle Labs, DishMCR, Plexal, and Goldilock to augment Oscar’s capabilities.
Our strategic collaboration with OpenAI, Meta (LLaMA), and Anthropic forms the foundation of Oscar’s large language models (LLMs) and their seamless integration with our proprietary large numerical models (LNMs), surfacing explainability and interpretability. This powerful combination enables Oscar to understand and generate human-like text while processing complex numerical data, setting the stage for the development of artificial superintelligence.
Oscar 4 Hyperion h combines generative AI with a big data fabric and quantum computing to make sense of complex data, achieving real-time monitoring and insights extraction from data-heavy processes. The ‘h’ in its name stands for holos, reflecting its ability to merge and condition multimodal data (video, text, etc.) through a wizard-driven interface, allowing Oscar to gain a holistic understanding of complex systems.
At Qubittum, we foresee Oscar transforming into the world’s first artificial superintelligence (ASI) - an AI system with superhuman cognitive abilities across a broad spectrum of domains. Through our strategic partnerships, we are accelerating the realization of this ambitious vision, shaping the future of transportation and beyond.
